Our Chairman, Dr. Mallya is very passionate about making a difference and a statement in every venture he undertakes. The Kingfisher Training and Aviation Services Limited (KTASL) was born out of one such decision - to make a significant difference to the lives of vocationally inclined youngsters who aspire for careers of the New Age and to be a one stop shop for all Training Solutions for Corporate Training.

Having a firsthand exposure to youngsters who apply for jobs as Cabin Crew and other Aviation and Hospitality domains, Dr. Mallya recognized that something more needed to be done to equip the ambitions of the youth with a structured knowledge and skill delivery programme. Thus was born the concept of a Training Academy under the aegis of our parent company UB Holdings Limited.

KTASL launched its flagship venture in Mumbai on the 21st of May 2007 before spreading its wings in prime cities across the country including Delhi, Kolkata, Jaipur in the year 2008.
