IMMIGRATION AND VISA REQUIREMENTS
GCC country nationals do not require visas to visit the United Arab Emirates (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
The other exempted countries are:
EUROPE: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, Vatican City.
NORTH AMERICA: USA
PACIFIC RIM: Australia, Brunei, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea.
A British national with a “right of abode” in the United Kingdom can avail of a 30 day visit visa, on arrival at the Dubai International Airport.
Businessmen can avail of a 14 day Service (Transit) visa provided they are sponsored by a UAE citizen, organization, company or hotel in the UAE.
An expatriate residing in one of the GCC countries and holding a Managerial/Senior Executive position, can obtain an Entry Visa on arrival at the UAE airports on compliance with the required formalities.
