Dubai gets its first Mudo City

Mudo, the Turkey-headquartered retailer has forayed into Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). It has launched its flagship store ‘Mudo City’ in the city’s Dubai Mall. The new store is a mixture of the brand’s five types of stores, two of which are fashion, one is for home decor, one for furniture, and one selling sailing accessories and maritime clothing, all under a single roof.The brand is expanding in the Gulf via teaming up with Dubai’s Asadel Retail Group which is the Mudo's local partner in the region. Asadel plans to invest nearly USD 10 million for opening the label's different concepts in 12 to 16 stores across the Gulf.
Founded in 1964, Mudo presently has more than 130 stores across Turkey. Asadel Retail is a newly established company focusing on several retail sectors, including fashion, furniture and home décor, F&B and entertainment across the GCC, Russia and Turkey.
