Index Living Mall (ILM), a Thailand - based company has signed a franchise deal with Al Meera Holding Co for Qatar. Al Meera has been given exclusive rights to establish and operate home furnishing stores in Qatar under the brand name Index Living Mall. The Qatari firm plans to open the brand’s furniture stores across the country. Besides, this franchise arrangement, ILM has also entered into an exclusive agreement with Al Meera Holding by which it has been given selective right for a period of 36 months from the date of agreement to develop and run outlets or businesses under Index Living Mall trademarks in countries namely Egypt, Jordan and Oman. The brand first forayed into the Middle East in 2010 by opening an outlet in Dubai, UAE. Index Living Mall Co. Ltd., the Thai furniture retailer is owned by Index Interfurn Group. ILM incorporates the concept of special mall and offers a diversified line of quality home furnishings and accessories to its customers.
