UK headquartered bakery concept The Hummingbird Bakery (THB) is all set to become an international franchise. It has signed its first franchise agreement with Oman-based Daud Arabian to open new outlets across the Middle East. The brand’s first international franchise partner is looking to roll out the brand’s 20 new outlets in the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Lebanon and Egypt. The first Hummingbird Bakery under the partnership will soon open in Dubai Mall, in Dubai. The Hummingbird bakery, best known for its cupcakes, currently has five sites across London. It promises to offer something completely unique both in terms of the character of the brand and the exceptionally high quality of its products.
