US based restaurant chain has launched its second franchise store in Bahrain. The new location is owned by Kharafi Global, a franchise holding company based out of Kuwait. The Kuwaiti company has exclusive territorial rights for Johnny Rockets in several GCC countries and Egypt, as well.
The new 1,991 sq. ft full-service restaurant is located within the retail and leisure shopping centre, the Lagoon at Amwaj Islands. The restaurant, like brand’s all outlets will offer classic American food, fun and decor, specialising in classic hamburgers, sandwiches and hand-dipped shakes and malts with contemporary feel.
Johnny launched its first restaurant in the Middle East 15 years ago, in Dubai. It has now forayed into four new markets namely Cyprus, Chile, Panama and Korea and has opened a total of 14 restaurants in non-U.S. markets this year.
