Charley’s Grilled Subs, has recently opened a new outlet in Dubai. The new store is located at the Dubai International Airport. With this new opening, now the Philly Steak restaurant chain has 15 restaurants in the UAE. The brand has entered into a franchise agreement with Al Madani Group of Companies (AMG) for developing the stores in the UAE. Besides, AMG has also been given exclusive master franchisee rights for Saudi Arabia and Oman. US based Charley’s operates in 46 states in the home market. It has established worldwide presence in 16 countries including Japan, Germany etc. Charley’s was founded in 1986 and the restaurant franchise is aiming to have at least 500 locations, internationally by 2012.
