The towers will have around 550 apartments, and the project work will begin by this month and the completion is scheduled in 20 months.
Arabtec Holding’s subsidiary, Emirates Falcon Electromechanical Co (EFECO) has been awarded an AED117 million ($31 million) contract on Emaar’s Dubai Creek Harbour development in Dubai.
According to a statement, the contract which is awarded by the main contractor AFC and it covers the electrical, plumbing and mechanical works of the Creek Horizon Plot 19.
The statement also said that Creek Horizon’s towers are located next to the central park in the Island District and right next to EFECO’s project Creekside 18. Creek Horizon Plot 19 has a total built up area of approximately 130,000 square metres.
EFECO said, the towers will have around 550 apartments, and the project work will begin by this month and the completion is scheduled in 20 months.
