Mudo, a Turkish retailer has expanded into the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The brand has launched its flagship Mudo City store in Dubai Mall in Dubai. The brand’s new outlet is a mix of the its five types of stores, two of which are fashion, one is for home decor, one for furniture and one selling sailing accessories and maritime clothing, all under a single roof.The brand has tied up with Dubai’s Asadel Retail Group which is the Mudo's local partner in the Gulf region. Asadel plans to invest nearly USD 10 million for launching the label's different concepts in 12 to 16 stores across the region. Mudo originated in 1964 today operates over 130 stores across Turkey. Asadel Retail Group is a newly established retailing company focusing on various retail sectors such as fashion, furniture and home décor, F&B and entertainment across the GCC, Russia and Turkey.
