WH Smith, the English retailer is seeking expansion in Dubai. The brand will open its second store in Dubai Mall. The brand’s first store is located at the Oasis Centre. The news agent has partnered with Aventus Retail as its local franchisee. It is also mulling other possible locations at Dubai Airport and Business Bay. The brand is aspiring to foray in to other global markets by opening 32 units worldwide. It has also approved launch of further 28 stores in India, Scandinavia, the Middle East and Australia. Headquartered in Wiltshire, England, the brand ‘WH Smith’ was founded in 1792. The company offers wide range of products such as books, stationery, magazines, newspapers, and entertainment.
