The company is offering partnership opportunity to mall developers, individuals, schools and corporates. The area requirement for shopping malls is 4,000 - 60,000 sq. ft and the investment needed is between Rs two to eight crore. While for stand-alone format, the area required is 100,000 - 400,000 sq. ft with investment ranging between Rs 15 and 18 crore.
