Gulf Marketing Group (GMG) has recently launched a Nike’s flagship concept store in Dubai, Sports. The new store is located at the Mall of the Emirates. The company is aiming to have four concept stores in Dubai by October 2011. A second store will be located at the Dubai Mall, followed by one store each at Festival City and Ibn Battuta Mall.
The company is aiming to maintain its share in the sports market in the UAE through these new store openings. It has been associated with Nike since 1986. Gulf Marketing Group, an industrial conglomerate based in Dubai, UAE operates companies like Sun and Sand Sports LLC, Sports Market, Nutrition Market etc.
