Uptown Al Zahia will be home to more than 700 families after completion at 2022.
Majid Al Futtaim - Properties and Sharjah Asset Management partners to launched Uptown Al Zahia as Sharjah Holding.
The neighborhood in Al Zahia, Sharjah’s lifestyle destination, offers homes ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, fitness facilities and underground parking, plus swimming pools, fitness, restaurants, entertainment outlets with direct pedestrian access to City Centre Al Zahia.
A statement said uptown Al Zahia will be home to more than 700 families after completion at 2022.
Uptown Al Zahia will feature two clusters Woroud and Zohour. The first release will feature Woroud 1; it is one of five residential buildings, which will offer a wide range of studios and one-bedroom apartments.

After the completion of Al Zahia in 2023, it will be home to around 12,000 residents in 2,270 villas, townhouses and apartments.
Al Zahia also has six themed community parks which are structured in the form of eight individually designed neighborhoods.
